Hiking trails
Bergslagsleden stretches over 280 km and is divided into 17 stages. You can experience the mining village of Pershyttan and enjoy a fantastic view of the Närke plain from Kilsbergen. For shorter adventures, there are also nice loop trails suitable for day trips.
Mountain biking trails
From Digerberget or Pershyttan's visitor center, you can access twelve different trails that stretch over a total of 220 km. Many of these trails take you through the historic mining village of Pershyttan and along historic paths.
Cross-country skiing
At Digerberget, just south of Nora, you will find approximately 5 km of illuminated cross-country ski trails. The trails take you through the wild Kilsbergen nature, through forests and across vast marshlands. Digerberget also offers a sledding hill and barbecue areas for enjoyable breaks and outdoor activities.
Swimming spots
In and around Nora, there is a wide range of cozy swimming spots to explore. Whether you prefer a sandy beach, forest bathing, or sunbathing on large grassy areas, there is something for everyone here. But the closest option, just 200 meters from Villa Pershyttan, is Dammsjön for a refreshing swim right at home.
Golf course
With a scenic view of Lake Nora and embraced by the beautiful nature of Bergslagen, Nora Golf Club offers an 18-hole golf course and a restaurant. The course winds its way through an open and accommodating landscape with forest and water elements.
